Three visits, one result
From first call to handover is usually two to four weeks, most of which is your decision time rather than ours. Nothing is billed until the plan is signed, and the price on the plan is the price you pay.

At-home consultation
Free · about 90 minutes · best after dark, daytime available
We walk the whole property with you, ideally after dark, carrying demo fixtures and a battery pack. Things get tried in place — this tree, that wall, the view from the kitchen window — and you say what you like standing in front of it. Through our design process we bring your vision to life: a transformation shaped around how you use the property, outside and from inside.
An honest read on what the property needs, a rough budget range, and no obligation.

Design & proposal
Three working days · fixed price
You get a drawn plan of the property with every fixture marked, a realistic visual of how it will look lit, a schedule listing exactly what goes where, and one number at the bottom. If a phased approach makes more sense we price the phases separately so you can stop after any of them.
Revisions are expected and not charged. Most schemes go through two rounds.

Install & aiming night
2–4 days on site · one evening together
Our white-glove installation process is designed to protect your property from start to finish. We use specialized wire-burial equipment that creates a clean, narrow trench with virtually no trace left behind, while taking extra care around trees, roots, and established landscaping. Before installation, we coordinate with Dig Safe/811 to have underground utilities properly marked—ensuring every detail is handled safely, professionally, and with respect for your property. Then we come back after dark with you, aim every fixture while you watch, and polish each one by hand before we hand it over.
Same crew throughout. Anything we disturb along the way — an irrigation line, a sprinkler head — we put right.
Building or landscaping? Bring us in early.
The best time to plan lighting is while the rest of the project is being built. We work alongside contractors, landscape architects and architects, so wire can be run before the hardscape goes down — more options, and far less disruption later.
We light finished properties too; it just takes more care to get the wire where it needs to go.
Afterwards
The first year is on us
Two service visits in the first twelve months are included: one in spring once the planting has come back, one in autumn before the clocks change. We re-aim what the growth has swallowed, clean lenses, check connections and polish every fixture.
After that it is an annual plan, or you can call us as needed.
